小李是一位中国学生，他和另外一位英国学生Tom一起在英国一所大学做一个研究项目。这个项目的进展并不是十分顺利，他们在实验室里面就目前的状况进行讨论。

小李:I don’t know where it went wrong! Tom: Don’t feel so bad. Cheer up! You’ve done your job.

小李:But our experiment has tued out to be a failure.

Tom: Relax for a couple of days. I’ll face the music.

小李:Tom, we are not playing children games here. This is a scientific experiment.

Tom: I’ve never taken the experiment as child’s play, and I’m playing the game.

小李:You say you’re playing the game! It’s a rather important experiment!

小李生气的走出了实验室，而Tom却迷惑不解，为什么小李这么生气。
